Refund Policy

Returns

At Joyvity Lab, your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact our support team and we will do our best to resolve it.

Because our supplements are consumable products, we do not accept returns of opened products for health and safety reasons.

Returns may only be accepted if the product:

  • arrives damaged

  • arrives defective

  • is incorrect due to our fulfillment error

To request a return or refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.


Refunds

If your refund request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • the product was damaged during shipping

  • the wrong item was shipped

  • the item arrived defective

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 3-7 business days, depending on your payment provider.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for:

  • opened supplements

  • used products

  • products returned without prior authorization


Lost or Stolen Packages

Joyvity Lab is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported as lost or stolen.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in opening a claim with the shipping carrier.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number

  • photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping.

Because of this, we may not be able to modify or cancel an order once it has been submitted. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.
