3) Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from our store.

6) Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Delivery
Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers.
Title and risk of loss generally pass to you when the order is handed off to the carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7) Returns & Refunds
Because supplements are consumable products, returns may be limited for health and safety reasons.
Our returns and refunds rules are described in our Refund Policy / Return Policy (incorporated by reference). If there is any conflict, the policy posted on our store will control for returns/refunds.
8) Subscription Terms (If Applicable)
If we offer subscription purchases, you authorize recurring charges according to the subscription terms shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel subscriptions as described in the subscription portal or our policies.
9) User Content (Reviews, Comments, Submissions)

You grant Joyvity Lab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content for business purposes (including marketing), subject to applicable law.
We may remove User Content at our discretion.
Reviews reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee results.

In any event, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant order giving rise to the claim (or the minimum amount permitted by law).
14) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Joyvity Lab from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
15) Dispute Resolution & Arbitration (Optional Section)
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, and not in court, except that either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.
No class actions. You and Joyvity Lab agree to bring claims only on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in any class or representative action.
Informal resolution first: Before arbitration, you agree to contact us at info@joyvitylab.com with your name, order details, and a description of the issue. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within a reasonable period.
Arbitration forum: Unless otherwise required by law, arbitration may be administered by a nationally recognized arbitration provider and conducted by video, phone, or written submissions.
If any portion of this arbitration clause is found unenforceable, the remainder will still apply to the maximum extent allowed.
16) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law (including the Federal Arbitration Act) applies.
If a dispute is not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
17) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Services. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest changes. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
