1. About Our Subscription Options

Joyvity Lab may offer recurring purchase options for selected products, bundles, and wellness routines. Subscription options are designed to make it easier for customers to receive their chosen products on a regular schedule.

Before completing your purchase, you will be able to review the details of your subscription, including the products included, the recurring price, delivery frequency, estimated shipping schedule, and any applicable subscription benefits or discounts. 2. Recurring Charges

When you purchase a subscription, you agree that Joyvity Lab may automatically charge the payment method provided at checkout according to the frequency selected by you.

Recurring payments will continue until the subscription is cancelled, paused, or otherwise ended. Please make sure your payment method remains valid and up to date to avoid failed payments or delays in processing your order.

If a payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to charge the payment method again or ask you to update your billing information.

3. Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically based on the schedule selected at the time of purchase. This may include monthly delivery or another available delivery frequency shown at checkout.

Unless you cancel before the next renewal date, your payment method will be charged for the next subscription order. Renewal reminders, order confirmations, and other subscription-related notices may be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

4. Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription through your customer account or subscription portal. This may include updating your payment method, changing your shipping address, skipping an order, pausing a subscription, or cancelling future renewals, depending on the options available.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid the next charge, cancellation should be completed at least 1 day before the upcoming billing date.

If a renewal order has already been created, charged, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to stop that specific order. In that case, your cancellation will apply to future subscription orders only.

5. Refunds and Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are processed automatically according to the schedule selected by the customer. For this reason, we do not provide refunds for unused time, missed cancellation deadlines, or orders that have already entered processing or shipment.

If you believe there has been a billing mistake, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge. We will review the issue and assist where appropriate.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Shipping for Subscription Products

If your subscription includes physical products, they will be shipped according to your selected delivery schedule.

Customers are responsible for keeping their shipping details accurate before each renewal. Joyvity Lab is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or packages sent to an outdated or incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination, carrier service, customs procedures, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

7. Changes to Products, Pricing, or Subscription Benefits

Joyvity Lab may occasionally adjust subscription products, pricing, discounts, delivery options, or plan benefits. These changes may be made to reflect product availability, operational needs, supplier changes, or updates to our offerings.

If a change materially affects an active subscription, we will provide notice where required. Continued use of the subscription after any changes take effect means that you accept the updated subscription terms.

By starting a subscription, you agree to review all subscription details before placing your order. This includes the selected products, renewal frequency, billing amount, shipping address, and payment method.

You are responsible for managing your subscription before each renewal date if you wish to make changes, skip an order, pause, or cancel future deliveries.
